VACCINATIONS
Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis and Bordetella (Kennel Cough), monthly tick & flea program is required for all dogs taking class at our training sites. All dogs must be current with their vaccinations to take classes. A clear copy of the dog’s vaccination records is to be submitted. 😵💫 🤓 Help! Blurry vaccination records don’t cut it. If we can’t see clearly what is written, then you give us no other choice but to reject your registration. 😭 We love all our dogs and want all our dogs to be safe and that begins with vaccination requirements…that we can read! 🥰
📫 Mail early! We need your 💰 and 📄 before the first day of class, January 4, 2025 (Members by Saturday, 12/21/24, Associate Members/Public by 12/28/24). If we are missing copies of your vaccination records and/or money you lose your spot and go to the end of the line! It’s real simple. The handlers that have followed all the steps; registered online, on their scheduled date, sent in legible vaccination paperwork and their checks, they are the ones that have successfully registered their dog! AND their 2nd dog, wanting the same class, is also registered and placed on a wait list! So, if your paperwork is incomplete, the dogs on the wait list who have done everything correctly, will move up ahead of you in line! 😞 Next, send in your paperwork and payment right away by U.S. Mail, Fed Ex etc. (text and email not accepted). Due to the Holidays, USPS will be closed on 12/25. There may be delays in postal service, please mail out promptly. Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to see you on the field! ❤️
NEW DOGS – Temperament Test
Saturday December 21 @ 12 Noon at Salt Lake Elementary School (1131 Ala Lilikoi St, Honolulu) You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for time to find parking and get your dog situated. Please bring your dog on a 6 ft leash with a buckle collar, your dog’s crate, and some treats. If interested email Nanette at haha.agilityclass@gmail.com.
STEPS TO REGISTRATION
- Review the classes offered.
- Instructor’s Approval Required: All classes have prerequisites and require your contacting the instructor for approval. This has to be done prior to registration day by way of email (address is listed with the class). Questions? Contact the Training Director, Les. Class size is limited so don’t delay.
- Once you have instructors approval, time to register! Make sure to register with the correct group. There’s a difference between Associate Member and Member. Not sure which one you are? Read Membership, 3 Types of Members. Still not sure, contact us, we will gladly help you figure it out.
🐾 Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Google Forms. It you don’t see it, check your spam folder. - Dogs must be current on vaccinations, including Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Bordetella vaccination must be up to date. Vaccination Records are to be submitted via mail. We need clear readable current Vaccination Records with payment. Changes have been made in our requirements – review Shot Records (bottom of page) THIS IS VITAL FOR THE WELL BEING OF ALL OUR DOGS. We will keep the mailed copy of your dog’s shot records. Can you easily read it? If you can’t read it, we can’t either.
- Payment is done with checks (sorry no credit cards).

*️⃣ The amount you pay for your class can be found on Class Cost.
*️⃣ Specify on the check, in the notes, the class as well as the dog, this helps with clarity/bookkeeping, thank you. - MAIL CHECK(s) and copy of UPDATED shot records. No text or email, use slug mail. (Members by Saturday, 12/21/24 Associate Members/Public by Saturday, 12/28/24). This MUST be done before the 1st day of class, January 4, 2025.

- You’re done! Go back to #1, check to see if you followed all the steps. Next, go to the Post Office and mail your paperwork. THANK YOU, you are on your way to being registered!
- You will receive an email confirmation (you cannot attend class without confirmation).
MUST KNOW – useful stuff
Dog ~ Should be on a six foot leash with a buckle collar or harness. No choke collars, prong collars, head halters or shock collars (or fake shock collars). No flexi-leashes.
Crate ~ Bring soft, hard or wire crate you will be using for class. YES, you MUST have a CRATE!
Rewards ~ Bring soft treats to reward your dog (that is how we train) and don’t forget water for you and your dog. Check out Training with HAHA for all you need to know.
