MESSAGE from Trial Secretary
Please be very careful filling out your entry form and calculating the correct check amount. We cannot correct any errors or discrepancies for you. If the entry or check is not correct, you will need to turn in a corrected entry or check before the closing date. ~~ CLASS CHANGES: Read the Premium list in regard to Class Changes.
Fix and Go On! (FNG)
As of January 1,2020, Fix and Go On will be offered on a one-year pilot basis in order to give AKC time to evaluate its impact. FNG allows exhibitors to immediately reattempt an obstacle at any time while on course when the dog's performance of an obstacle is not to their expectation. This allows the dog to successfully complete the obstacle then finish the course or leave the ring on a positive note. Using FNG will result in a non-qualifying score.
Fix and Go On is not pre-entered, rather it occurs during the course of the run.
Field Time
We will begin unloading the pods and building the course at 7 AM. Please keep all dogs in cars until 8 AM. We ask everyone to team up and pay attention to our dogs and keep barking to a minimum throughout the day so as not to disturb our neighbors. Some running dogs bark from excitement, let's try and make that the only barking dogs.
Jump Height Card
She’s a VMO (Agility Volunteer Measuring Official) so if your dog needs to be measured for the jump height card, she can give you an official measurement. If you’re not entered in the trial but want to get your dog measured, contact me at msmellimac@gmail.com.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
All handlers will be assigned a job and are expected to help run the show. This trial will be a rather small one so we will need all the help that we can get to efficiently run it. As always, we value everyone who can help at the trials. In addition, requesting that the instructors ask their non-exhibiting students to volunteer a couple of hours on either or both days. To all non-exhibitors who can help, please email Mari Horita @ msmellimac@gmail.com who is coordinating the worker lists for both days.
Don't Forget
Please check your entries before submitting to make sure you have circled the classes entered, your dog's jump height, and have included the correct amount of entry fees.
No Email?
If you do not have an email address, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your entry or you may not receive your confirmation letter.

Please check the appropriate box so that the Trial Secretary knows whether to include your dog on the Dogs To Be Measured List. It is no longer required that you submit a copy of your dog’s jump height card with your entry form or show it during the day of show check-in.
