Laura Finco has been actively involved in the sport of dogs for decades, beginning her training journey in 4-H as a child and continuing through a lifelong passion for canine performance events. An AKC Agility Judge, Laura is also an accomplished competitor and exhibitor in agility, obedience, rally, and conformation. Her broad background across multiple dog sports gives her a well-rounded judging perspective that emphasizes teamwork, safety, flow, and a positive experience for both dogs and handlers.
Based in Northern California with her wife and Golden Retrievers, Laura is also a longtime 4-H volunteer leader and mentor, dedicated to helping develop the next generation of dog sport enthusiasts. Exhibitors appreciate her thoughtful course design, supportive demeanor, and deep understanding of the handler-dog relationship.
